Criteria for Submission of Admission Form

Download the admission form and fill all the details and submit it to the office with the required documents mentioned below-

• Transfer Certificate of last Class
• Photocopy of previous exam result / Report card
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card
• Photocopy of Caste Certificate
• Photocopy of Bank Passbook
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate, only for admission in first class
• Paste Passport size Photo on the Admission Form

birth certificate is required.
